All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Victoria Luxe Events are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. -
Deposits and Prepayments
Any deposits or prepayments made to secure our services are non-refundable. This includes deposits for event planning, venue reservations, and third-party vendor arrangements. -
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, no refunds will be provided. However, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule your event or apply the payment toward a future event, subject to availability. -
Changes and Modifications
Changes to your event date, guest count, or service requirements may incur additional fees. No refunds will be provided for reductions in scope or guest count. -
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics), no refunds will be provided. However, we will work with you to reschedule your event where possible. -
Non-Transferable
Payments and bookings are non-transferable to other individuals or businesses unless agreed upon in writing by Victoria Luxe Events. -
